IHCA Certification has a long and strong reputation for providing third-party certification and accreditation services for health and community services organisations across Australia.
People choose to work with us because they share our values and aspire to inspire improved outcomes for our clients’ customers.
Our people are selected for their interpersonal style (among other key requirements), to ensure that they are able to interview and effectively communicate with everyone including senior executives and managers, operational staff and most importantly people using services. Our people must also be able to objectively assess and analyse information and provide detailed comprehensive reports on their findings, in a way that always adds value to our clients.
In addition to these core personal attributes, our people must complete minimum auditor and scheme specific training before engaging in a rigorous experiential development process before they are approved to audit independently against an audit standard. We require our auditors to maintain and develop their skill by participating in ongoing training in auditing practices specific to our industry.
Our auditors come from a wide range of backgrounds – health care, community services, disability services, human resources, government, education and more – each brings expertise as rich and diverse as the communities we live and work in.
We have a team of skilled auditors across Australia including Queensland, New South Wales, Victoria, South Australia and Western Australia – regional and remote locations are a specialty.
Our experience is health and human services. This has taught us what works and what doesn’t when it comes to matching auditor style and customer expectations. We want our customers to value our services, we are always looking to improve what we do, we believe that trust is at the centre of all business relationships and we want to deliver measurable benefits to our customers.
