Clarisa was exceptionally professional for the whole process from start to finish. She was very flexible – this was extremely helpful in terms of facilitating staff and participant interviews. Clarisa was assertive and clear in the scope of her role, as well as being kind and patient in her interactions with our participants. She was responsive to their needs and quickly adapted her communication strategy when required.

It was a smooth process and I thank you for all your hard work planning the audit and responding to various changing circumstances promptly and effectively. Your regular communication has been greatly appreciated. I also wanted to say a massive thank you for all the help you have provided me in the lead up to the audit. This has been my first NDIS audit and as I am also fairly new to my role your constant support and guidance has been invaluable.
